Learn About the Discovery Roadmap
You know something isn't right.
Â
You've done the bloodwork, the work-up, and you still have questions.
You're exhausted. Your weight won't budge. Your hair is thinning. Your hormones feel completely off. Your gut is a daily battle. And no matter what you've tried, you're still not feeling like yourself.
At Adelaida Integrative Health Care, trained in both conventional and functional medicine, I bring the full spectrum of clinical tools and root cause investigation to uncover what's actually driving your symptoms, and build a strategy that works for your body, your history, and your life.
This practice is for you if you're ready to get to the root of it, ready for clarity, and ready to do something about it.

âś“ You have more questions than answers about how you feel
âś“ You're exhausted no matter how much you sleep
âś“ Your weight won't respond no matter what you try
âś“ Your hormones feel completely off and you're no closer to feeling like yourself
âś“ You're ready for someone to look at your whole picture, not just individual pieces
These are signs that your health deserves a deeper look, and a more personalized approach.
That's exactly why Adelaida Integrative Health Care exists.
Start With the Discovery Roadmap →I’ve Been Where You Are
Conventional medicine is where I started, and it's still part of how I practice today.
I knew how the system worked, how to diagnose, how to treat, how to manage within the standard of care. But when I faced my own unexpected health diagnosis, I found myself on the other side of that system, asking the same questions my patients ask.
Why is this happening? What is my body trying to tell me? What is missing?
That search led me to functional medicine, a framework that added a deeper layer of root cause investigation to everything I already knew. It expanded how I practice medicine.
I built this practice for the patient who isn't done asking why.
